Our Story

There is just something about being part of a large Italian family. The best memories are always made around the table – a place where friends, neighbors, relatives, and even complete strangers can come together to feel at home. Meals are where problems get solved. The lessons of life are passed down from one generation to the next through the sage advice of parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents while gathering around what seems like an endless supply of food & drink. The best part is that time ceases to exist – even if only for a little while - and being with family is the top priority. Life, love, and laughter are all in abundance and nobody would want it any other way.

The Old North End Restaurant & Deli was opened here in Castle Rock to capture this nostalgic spirit and deliver it to our amazing community. When our ancestors came to this country from Italy, it was in pursuit of the American dream with hopes of setting up future generations for success. Some of our recipes survived that same journey, spanning three or more generations. Other recipes are much more recent additions that are inspired by our friends and neighbors that supported us even before this adventure really began. All of them are inspired by family tradition and prepared from the heart.

We take pride in what we do here, and we hope that our passion shows in every single meal that we serve. We shop locally to ensure that only the finest ingredients go into each of our made-from-scratch dishes. Please be patient with us. This is not fast food. This is family time. The way we were raised means that outside life gets put on hold for a little while so we can indulge in the memories being created around the dinner table.
